How we got here.

KriyaFlow started as a specific observation, repeated enough times to become something we could not ignore.

Both of us had spent years working inside organisations — building software, designing systems, deploying AI. We kept encountering the same situation: capable, intelligent people spending hours of their week on tasks that a well-designed system would handle automatically. Not because the technology did not exist. Not because the problem was too complex. But because nobody had sat down and designed a solution that fit how that particular organisation actually worked.

The standard alternatives were not good enough for most growing businesses. Off-the-shelf tools required more configuration and ongoing management than most teams could sustain. Large agencies moved slowly, cost significantly, and were designed for enterprise clients with enterprise timelines and budgets.

There was a clear gap: businesses that had grown to the point where the manual overhead was genuinely affecting performance, but that did not have the internal expertise or the budget for an enterprise engagement.

We started KriyaFlow to fill that gap — a small, focused practice that works directly with the businesses it serves, delivers quickly, prices transparently, and stays accountable for the outcome.
